Bruschetta (Roman, Italian)

Bruschetta is an antipasto from Italy consisting of grilled bread rubbed with garlic and topped with tomatoes, olive oil, salt and pepper. The cuisine of Vatican City (Holy See) is the same as those in Rome. So Bruschetta is also eaten in the Vatican City.

The ingredients used in the video recipe:
• 4 slice s of semolina bread
• 9 ounces of mozzarella di bufala
• 10 cherry tomatoes
• Extra virgin olive oil
• Dried oregano • Salt
• A clove of garlic
• 12 black olives (preferably Gaeta olives)
• 8 very fresh basil leaves.
