I have always been intrigued by these beautiful little sandwich cookies. From everything I read, I was prepared to fail, at least the first time I made them. Much to my delight, they were a success! The pink/brown ones are bittersweet chocolate raspberry flavor. The pink/yellow ones are Pink Lemonade. The yellow/brown ones are lemon and dark chocolate.
